Great Theme. I love it. Is it possible to disable the right content column from the homepage so that their is one single content column with the sidebar?

I am working on implementing this, and I am loving this theme. question, how can I use pages for the top menu, and the secondary menu, but exclude certain pages from the top menu, but have them in the secondary menu? I want to use pages not categorys (that was very easy to do).
example would be I want to display:
page 1, page 2, page 7 on the top menu and page 1, page 2, page 3, page 4, page 7 in the second menu.Blessings & good work.
